The site has planning permission for 515 homes, with the rest using traditional housebuilding techniques.
In all they will range from one bedroom apartments to four bed detached family homes, and construction will start at the end of 2018.

The Oxfordshire location is in commuter distance from Oxford and Swindon and is a short walk from the village centre, which has a primary school, a range of local shops and pubs.
Legal & General Homes, the company’s housebuilding arm, now has 3,000 new homes in the pipeline.
It will build 1,000 homes in Crowthorne, Berkshire, near its head office, while it will also build 1,500 homes in Finchampstead, Berkshire, from the end of 2018.
